Machined from 3/8″ 304 stainless steel, this downpipe flange is for those looking to make their own downpipe.
Unlike the other low quality Chinese flanges, this flange is precision machined for a very tight fit on the lip of an angled flange turbine housing, which allows for a gasket-less seal.
This flange is machined with a 3.02″ opening, which allows for 3″ tubing to be placed inside the flange. This means easier fabrication and a small gap which needs to be filled with weld. Other flanges on the market have either a 3″ or slightly under diameter, which means that tubing must be cut precisely to sit on the face of the flange. Or, they have a 3.1″ or larger diameter which leads to a very large gap between the tubing and flange.
