This kit comes with everything you need to upgrade your PCV system with a catch can. This kit replaces the small diameter tubing from the factory flame trap to the pre-turbo intake tube with large 3/4″ diameter hose and a baffled catch can. The small diameter factory PCV line can result in excessive crankcase pressure, especially on higher power builds. Excessive crankcase pressure can lead to popping the oil dipstick out, or pushing oil seals out.
In addition to allowing the crankcase to breath easier, the baffled catch can in this kit will keep oil vapor and water condensation ‘snot’ from getting into your engine, keeping your intake free of oil, saving your turbo’s compressor wheel and increasing the effective octane rating of your fuel. This kit is suitable for builds of up to 600WHP.
A check valve and associated silicone vacuum tubing is included to maintain vacuum on the crankcase. A small amount of crankcase vacuum helps to suck oil in from around seals, reducing oil seepage. Just like the factory PCV configuration you’ll retain negative pressure in the crankcase at idle and will pass the ‘glove test’.
This kit is compatible with the factory pre-turbo intake tube, or aftermarket Snabb intake pipes.

This kit is compatible the DO88 OTE pipe and right hand drive cars. For RHD cars a small amount of bending of the AC lines is required.
It is recommended to at least replace your intake manifold gasket when installing this catch can, which is not included.
This is a complete parts list if you want to refresh your other PCV components while installing the catch can. It is highly recommended to use OEM for the rubber parts of the PCV system, as other brands use poor quality rubber which quickly becomes brittle, leading to oil leakage. When using this kit, you do not need to purchase the expensive crankcase vent hose (PN 9471644).
